Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
• Master or Ph.D in Chemistry, Material Science or related area
• Passion and interests in research of advanced technology
• Hands on laboratory work

Research & Product Development Chemists, Materials Scientists
Key Responsibilities
• Product development position for a chemist or material scientist with a Ph.D. or M.Sc. or equivalent experience
• Next generation high performance product development and commercialization
• Capability to work with multifunctional team including sales, marketer, AETS, manufacture and procurement team
• Find innovative solutions per customer needs for business growth

Key Responsibilities
• Developing new process and mixing technology for organic silicone based products and compounds
• Lead processing study in lab scale equipment and the scale up in manufacture for product commercialization
• New equipment design and set up in lab or manufacture by working with the cross functional teams

• Product qualification improvement by processing condition optimization

Application Engineering & Technical Service
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the customer interface with Technical Skills
• Product application and feasibility study, new opportunity and market identification;
• Capability to translate customer needs to material performance to support new product development, customer trial and data generation
• Set up new application testing or processing facility in lab and to perform tests for customers
• Provide technical service to customer, product modification for some positions
Basic Requirements
• Master degree in material science, chemistry, physics
• Good communication skills and team work
• Be capable of handling lab work and travel to customer sites
• Major in Solar is required for some positions
