A PhD student position is available in the Department of Applied Physics at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with monthly studentship 14,350 HK$. The research topic will be low dimensional materials and devices.
香港理工大学应用物理系柴扬课题组招收博士研究生，研究方向为低维材料和器件，每月津贴约14,350港币。
Requirement:
1) English language requirement:
An overall score of at least 6.5 (with score for the writing component at 6.0 or above) in the IELTS; or At least 575 or above in the TOEFL for the paper-based test, at least 232 in the computer-based test, or at least 90 in the internet-based test.
2) Background: Physics, electrical engineering or materials.
2. Research associate position 研究助理
A research associate position is available in Department of Applied Physics in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He/she will conduct low-dimensional material synthesis, device fabrication and characterization. Preference will be given to the candidate with experience in field-effect transistors or resistive switching memories.
