Mr. Liu Yanhui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the school, counselor Mr. Zhu Hang, part-time counselor Mr. Wan Shiqi and vice president of the student union of the school Lv Wenrui attended the meeting. College part-time counselor Mr. Gao Mingxi and 70 student representatives attended the conference.
At the beginning of the preparatory meeting, the delegates listened to the work report of the Preparatory Committee of the first student congress of the College of materials science and engineering, and successively deliberated and passed the report (Draft) of the qualification examination group of the first student congress of the College of materials science and engineering, the list of presidium members (Draft), the list of Secretary General of the Student Union (Draft), and the meeting Agenda (Draft).
