    The 2023 School of Materials Autumn Postgraduate Academic Achievement Poster Exhibition was successfully held

    In order to further strengthen the educational management of graduate students in our school, improve the quality of graduate students, promote the exchange of scientific research experience among students of different grades and fields, and accelerate the construction of world-class disciplines, the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Zhejiang University held a meeting on the afternoon of November 15th. The autumn postgraduate academic achievements wall report (poster) exhibition was held at the patio of the School of Materials Science and Technology building.

    At the beginning of the event, Vice Dean Professor Cheng Kui delivered an opening speech. Based on his overseas academic exchange experience, Dean Cheng pointed out the importance of academic poster exhibitions and affirmed the results of this poster exhibition. 


    Then, the host announced the poster competition rules, that is, the judges and the students participating in the exhibition will jointly vote to select the final winner, and select the Academic Display Gold Award, Academic Display Silver Award, and Academic Display Bronze Award and other awards. Specialized staff will collect and count votes at the poster exhibition site to ensure that the selection is objective and fair.


    Afterwards, the event entered into a free discussion and presentation session. The cold wind could not dampen the enthusiasm of teachers and students. The graduate students participating in the exhibition gave detailed introductions to the teachers and students who came to observe, and discussed issues in their own research fields. There were lively discussions and lively exchanges.

    Finally, Vice Dean Professor Cheng Kui and Researcher Fan Xiulin, the appointed Vice Dean, presented honorary certificates to the winning students.
