题目:
Nanowires, Nano-patterns, Chemisensors and Biosensors
内容:
This presentation will deal with synthesis, characterization, patterning, integration and applications of two types of nanowires: metal oxide and biological nanowires (DNA strands). This talk will demonstrate how to tailor the chemical constituent, size, shape, and surface chemistry of nanowires. Individually addressable patterning of material by lithography is explored to integrate nanowires into devices to form functional nanostructure architectures. The advantage of nanowire-based chemical sensors and biosensors will be discussed. The electric biosensor based on modulation of charge transport in DNA will be explored to detect anti-cancer drugs.
