报告人简介：
Dr. Petr Novák obtained his PhD in electrochemical engineering at Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague in 1984. He is the head of the Battery Research Group at the Paul Scherrer Institute in Villigen, Switzerland and external lecturer in Technical Electrochemistry at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich). He a Vice-President of International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE).
He has been working in the field of electrochemistry (focusing on batteries, mainly lithium-based) since 1983. His research interests span a wide range of topics related to materials’ electrochemistry and interfacial electrochemistry. Apart from more than 130 technical reports, he is author or co-author of 11 patents and about 160 papers in peer-reviewed international journals.
For his work in the field he was awarded the Tajima Prize of the International Society of Electrochemistry in 1988 and the Technology Award of the Battery Division of The Electrochemical Society, Inc. in 2005.
