杭州中法实业股份有限公司成立于一九八五年二月，属于化工涂料行业，是中国大陆化工系统第一家中外合资企业，也是中国目前一流的粉末涂料和聚酯树脂综合生产厂家，在行业内享有较高的声誉。

Brief Introduction
Hangzhou Sino-French Industrial Co.,Ltd established in February of 1985, is the first Sino-Foreign equity joint venture of the chemical industry in mainland of China. It is also the topping powder coatings and polyester resins manufacturer in China, and has good reputation in chemical industry.
From the establishment up to present, HSFIC had introduced advanced equipment, technology from UK, France, Germany and Netherlands. Equipped with complete set precise testing equipment and international production standard, the total production process is controlled by DCS automatic system. HSFIC had got the certificates of quality management system ISO9000 and environment management system ISO14000. The registered brand of the powder coatings and polyester resins is ‘Queli’. The saturated polyester resins have two kinds and more than twenty varieties: hybrid polyester resins and pure polyester resins, the resins can meet the need of getting multi-proportion and gloss powders from powder coatings factories. The powder coatings have four main kinds: epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyester and polyurethane. The powder coatings have hundreds of varieties and thousands of formulas, used for household appliances, mental furniture, vehicles, automatic control setting, roadway installations, fire apparatus, entertainment installations and building materials etc. The ‘Queli” Products provide all over China and export to Southeast Asia, Europe and America, get good comments from customers by the excellent cost performance ratio.
In recent years, HSFIC developed rapidly, the sales per person was over 1 million. Five sale offices in North China, Northeast China, Northwest South China and Northwest China mainly powered the domestic market of HSFIC. The international market relies mainly on Southeast Asia, together with the countries in Europe, America and Middle East. We also set up many international sale points, to insure production expanding, technology updating and market occupancy developed harmoniously. The occupancy of Queli polyester resins in China is to be on the top, and we still put new technologies and varieties into the market continually.
