Position Requirements:
Heraeus offers an exciting opportunity to develop yourself: the Heraeus Graduate Program for Natural Sciences (Chemistry).
ü The 18-months program, which will start in Shanghai, consists of several four to five months assignments which will give you sound working experience in the field of Research and Development, Project Management, Manufacturing, Technical Sales as well as in related areas. As a high potential you will work on challenging tasks in different departments and business areas of our business group Heraeus Precious Metals.
ü At least two assignments will be at an international location (e.g. USA, Germany). You will contribute to daily tasks and you will work on challenging projects worldwide. These placements will provide you with an excellent opportunity to build up a company-wide network.
ü Throughout the program, you will actively shape the content of your assignments and you will take on the responsibility for developing yourself. Your personal mentor will support you with professional and individual feedback.
Brief Description of the Job:
ü Internationally-minded recent graduate and/or first working experiences in a post-graduate position in a MNC
ü A Master's degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science with an above-average result
ü Strong analytical capability and openness to new ideas, approaches and perspectives
ü A team-player with entrepreneurial thinking and networking skills
ü Strong sense of responsibility and personal initiative
ü Fluent English
ü Flexible on working location in Asia (Shanghai, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong etc.)
After the program:
After the program you will have enhanced professional skills and an excellent overview of Heraeus Precious Metals Group worldwide. Your final placement will be in one of our locations in Asia, such as Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong.
