一、Strategic Sourcing Organization Leadership Development Program 战略采购管理培训生
职位概述:
1. 通过战略采购领导力发展计划,将职场新人打造成未来优秀的战略采购团队管理者;
2. 支持亚太战略采购团队进行数据分析预测,议价谈判等一系列供应链的改善项目;
3. 和采购团队一起进行供应商评估等工作;
4. 参与战略采购团队的其他工作;
岗位要求:
1. 2017届应届本科,硕士毕业生;
2. 电气工程及其自动化,自动化,电机与电器,机械电子工程,机械设计制造及其自动化,材料工程,供应链,应用数学等本科及研究生2017应届生
3. CET-6以及上;
4. 优秀的领导能力及信息处理能力
5. 良好的适应能力和学习能力;
6. 出色的沟通能力及组织协调能力;
7. 英文听说读写流利;
8. 有志于在制造型企业长期发展。
二、Operations Leadership Development Program 运营管理培训生
职位概述:
1. 通过运营管理领导力发展计划,将职场新人打造成未来有竞争力的生产运营管理者;
2. 通过参加各类项目来学习不同生产运营管理流程,了解业务部门需求,加强管理培训生的业务能力及团队合作精神;
3. 培训生将参加各类专业培训, 并有机会在高级管理层团队展现自己的能力,在公司有一个长远的职业发展计划;
4. 生产运营领导力发展计划将分为若干阶段,每个阶段为期6个月,由公司酌情决定在以下业务单元中轮岗, 包括但不限于: 生产部,工程部,供应链等部门。
岗位要求:
1. 2017届应届本科或硕士毕业生;
2. 电气工程及其自动化,自动化,电机与电器,机械电子工程,机械设计制造及其自动化,材料工程,供应链,应用数学等本科及研究生2017应届生
3. CET 6及以上;
4. 优秀的领导能力及信息处理能力;
5. 良好的适应能力和学习能力;
6. 出色的沟通能力及组织协调能力;
7. 英文听说读写流利;
8. 有志于在制造型企业长期发展。
Leadership Development Program Major Role:
1. The LDP Program aims to cultivate future leaders for Operations or Strategic Sourcing Organization by developing and preparing participants through working in a variety of assignments and developing both leadership and functional competencies.
2. Undertake meaningful projects/assignments to build competencies through individual efforts and teamwork.
3. Have developmental opportunities from professional training, assignment coaching.
4. Have exposure opportunities in front of senior leadership teams to further support the build-up of long term career development path.
5. The LDP will experience several periods, 6 months for each, the trainee will work different functions and oversea on-job training.
Requirements:
1. 2017 Bachelor or Master’s graduates
2. Majoring in automation, electrical and electronics, mechanical, applied mathematics, materials engineering or supply chain are preferred.
3. CET 6 and above
4. Strong leadership skills & IPC
5. Good communication and influence skills
6. Have future career aspirations in Operations Leadership in a manufacturing company
7. Be fluent in both written and oral English communication skills
三、Hardware Engineer,电气硬件工程师
1. Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Industry Automation.
2. Project experience on control HW design, such as DSP/FPGA/CPLD/MCU, digital I/O, analog I/O related hardware design/layout and debug; industrial level communication hardware design experience is a plus, such as Ethernet, device net, CAN etc.
3. Good English skill.
四、Firmware Engineer
1. Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Electronics and Motor Control.
2. Project experience in AC Drives, motor control algorithm and power electronics are desired.
3. Good English skill.
五、Power Firmware Engineer
1. Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Electronics and Motor Control.
2. Project experience on power electronics design (i.e. motor drives, power supply, etc.), knowledgebase on power semiconductor device theory, applied electromagnetic theory, analog and digital circuit, electrical machinery, and test/development instrumentation.
3. Good English skill.
